If anyone commenting here actually read the article, they'd know that many other well known physicists were also staunch Progressives, like Carl Sagan.

Of course, Carl was a pot smoker so I'm sure that discredits him here.

abandon can speak for himself but since you interrupted my game..

seems the african american social worker saw what you and a 'just' 13-year-old girl did in 1973. she personally drove me to my great grandma's..even though she was doing her job, she saved me. we both knew it. i owe her this story which is why i mention it at times. not to feel sorrow for me, or show what an ass my dad was..but to thank her, to never forget her kindness.
