That sucks that you had a bad experience. When the post office lost my payment, I emailed ilgm and Robert himself emailed me back and said that they would send the order anyway and trust that it would eventually arrive. It did a week after I got my order. They kept me informed every step of the way. I've heard other people say they had problems and I don't doubt you.
