That sucks that you had a bad experience. When the post office lost my payment, I emailed ilgm and Robert himself emailed me back and said that they would send the order anyway and trust that it would eventually arrive. It did a week after I got my order. They kept me informed every step of the way. I've heard other people say they had problems and I don't doubt you. Try emailing Robert Bergman himself and relay your problems. They really went the extra mile for me. And so far Im 3 for 3. Best of luck to you getting your beans.

Ordered from ILGM probably at least 10 times. Always got my orders. Genetics are decent. I just popped 15 beans that I had in the frig for 2 years or more. They all germinated and are doing great. I had an issue with their Gelato herming on me. Called the and they gave me 10 seeds from any 2 strains I wanted on the site. I have since popped some of the Gelato seeds I originally ordered and they have not hermed again…so far. A lot of variation within strains but that happens with other breeder hybrids as well. There OK, but there’s much better out there.

Upon the discovery of your website I thought I had finally found just who I was looking for!! A great selection and price. I m not about to bicker with you over your seeds but I can tell you that the seeds you sent me are complete garbage. I soaked them and soaked them. I put them in propagation and still nothing!! Out of 20 seeds I have 11 that will not pop. I am incredibly disappointed and will be passing my experience along. I suggest you take a look at your suppliers because less than 50% is unacceptable.
Soaked and soaked? I had great success by only soaking seeds for like 4hrs (or a lil more after tap success) then gently tapping them to submerge them to see if they would sink or float back up. Then after they did sink from the tap i knew they had enough water and transferred them to paper towels on a plate w a 2nd plate lid on top also in a dark room around 72deg and it took like 2-3 days to show a tail but no seeds failed.

This is specifically talking about the SE series normal lights like your 100watts are always going to have a huge hot spot so you can’t put those as close as you can with bar style leds
Makes sense. Also I'm running the older lm281b's which run hotter I've heard. I'm saving for an hlg, just too broke rt now.

The first time, I tried it the their way. After 2 days, nothing, after 2 days switched back to paper towel method and they all popped in 36 hours. Next time used paper towel from the start and had tails showing less than 2 days. So far no problems sprouting.

YOU MUST PAY TO GET THE SEED GUARANTEE, what???

"I ordered seeds a few years back, more than one did not germinate. ILGM said they would send 3 free seeds on my next order. { So you have to spend more money on another order to get the three free seeds }. I did place another order, guess what? Yeah, free seeds did not come with the order. ILGM said I should have mentioned in my order that I had free seeds coming to me. After many email from ILGM asking why I don not read their emails anymore, I wrote to them explaining all the above. ILGM response was "we have no records you ordered seeds or even emails from me. I still have some of the seeds in the packages with part numbers on them. I sent photos of the seeds packs and even said how I had to sort them out of the aggregate {small rock particles} they are shipped with. Their response....now they give me a discount code for my next order. Once again you have to give them more money. ILGM is a good site for info, but they have gotten expensive. My seeds were White Widow, Northern Lights, Big Bud and Skunk all auto or feminized. I recommend WW and NL, very mellow, no couch lock or paranoia. I do not recommend ILGM only due to the run around on their seed guarantee."

They are definitely a bit pricey. I got some I ordered about 5 days after I ordered and am currently growing a couple pre spring atm. So far no issues. Sorry you are having trouble

Order/received 10 Skywalker OG mid-Feb. 1 germinated - 9 duds - no tails formed. Wrote ILGM and told my tale. Claire promptly wrote back, expressing helpfulness in getting this right. She asked me to supply the details on how they seeds were germinated, and how much time they were given to germinate - which of course I did. I've been growing for 13 years -over 50 crops - all from seeds. I am confident in my ability to germinate cannabis seeds - usually with 100% success. After I supplied the requested details, I have never heard from them again, despite my two follow-up emails essentially expressing my growing feeling that I had been scammed by a slick website, fake reviews, a meaningless guarantee, and great photos of highly desired strains. This has been my experience with ILGM - take it for what it's worth

How did you germinate them? The soaking in glass of water method they promote didn't have great results for me but soon as I put them in paper towel method all 3 popped. I had trouble with my mail carrier misplacing my payment but emailed ilgm and Robert sent my order immediately and informed me a week later that my payment arrived. Email Robert directly. Only trouble I had with their beans was my lack of experience with autos. They sprouted and grew to the flowering stage fine though.

I’ve tried many different methods for seed propagation and the one that I get the best results from is the damp paper towel method. Put seeds in damp paper towel, fold over and place in a plastic bag. I put a low wattage heating mat under the plastic bags and place in a dark place. Usually have cracked seeds with tap root within 24-48 hours. Had a problem with ILGM a few years back. Gelato plant hermed. (Gelato strains are prone to herm probably more than most strains.) Asked me to send them some pics and I did. They gave me credit for 2 ten packs of any of their strains. I don’t deal with them anymore but have had some very good results from their beans. There’s just so many better breeders out there. But their cheaper seeds and there’s a market for them.
