Started 12/12 3 days ago still no hairs?

My plants are 2 feet and i started the 12/12 and i still dont have hairs.

with my other plants they sprout hairs during veg and thats when they got to 1foot or so.They are still growing and the plant is healthy Just no white hairs.

Is there a time limit to when hairs tend to grow?
I had some friends that had friends that had plants that got bigger but no white hairs/balls?

hairs take a good 7 to 14 days to appear.

They can take as long as 7 to 14 days, I've had them show in 3 days, depends on many factors...... be patient.
