sprout growing with a seed on top

that's basically what Happened.

just started a grow, and one of the sprouts, about 3 inches tall, still has the seed on top, no leaves... did I plant it upside down? should I take the seed off myself? what is that all about?

spray it with water keep the light close and it will fall off

lol, yeah... It will fall off on its own as well.. :>

u mean just started a first grow. take it off carefully with tweezers, should split in 2.
