I cant really tell by the pic, but are the sugar leaves just purple or the buds too?

To answer that question: Yes the buds themselves were purple. Some leaves were partially green

Looks fantastic. Did you lower the temperature to bring out the purple in it? Is that the pheno from BCbuddepot. That stuff looks epic and I love the color. Much more purple then I am used to seeing. What was the lighting, medium and how long did it take to flower? That is a great plant man. Congratz

The strain was Strawberry Cough X Deep Chunk. And no i did nothing to the temperatures. It was pure genetics, used coco as a medium, under a 600w HPS

Its beautiful, I cant understand why people hate on purps!I mean yeah it tastes different, but all weed differs, I love all shades and colors of buds...

Purple weed is a thing of beauty. And it tastes great. I think the haters just hate because it is in their nature to do so. Or to be different or something, i dunno. I like all kinds of weed.

To respond to Dr. greenhorn. This is still drying, but i have grown this strain before and yes i have smoked it haha. I dunno how to describe weed smoke very well but it gets me about as high as it looks it would. Very stoney.

Do you think you were lucky for it turning out to be so colorful, or do you think its common for that strain? Cuz id like to have some deep burgandyish purple buds...
