Welight is trying to run a profitable business with varying prices and exchange rates...and he's very busy.
I ordered 6 strips with DHL shipping to the USA, not express, and it cost $20 something.
The 3000K/90CRI strips are great by the way.

I ordered 20 strips to Canada and I think it was around $40-50, but with the RIU discount, with shipping was LOWER than the original list price.
Shipping is quite reasonable considering the distance I think.
I paid slightly more in shipping for six tiny flower initiating boards from HLG
through Fedex.

Late April, should arrive in a few days....took awhile as some parts were backordered, but Mark was good about answering emails explaining the delay and info about the boards.
I would not hesitate to order from there again. Also, when you order stuff from Australia you know the people working there are paid at least reasonably well as labour and wage standards are higher than in most places.

I ordered 54 strips from Mark last week. I am excited to get them and get the light built. They look like nice strips.
He told me there is no more discount code for RIU and that all prices are adjusted accordingly. I was a little late to the party on that unfortunately.
Still pleased with my dealings with him so far tho.

30 x 3000k 90cri
24 x 3000k 80cri
strictly flowering lights. 3 separate fixtures, 18 strips per, running on 480w drivers. They will be covering a 3x12 table. Im excited to get them lol

3x12 eh? Thats unconventional, but smart. Must be really easy to access the whole canopy efficiently.

I did originally buy a 4x8 table, but with the lip of the table and the extra 12" in width, it was a little too cramped in the space and i didnt like it, so i decided to make a 3x12 to suit my needs a little better.

Agreed, i felt with the 3x12 table layout, i could have easier access to the entire canopy and also have a comfortable amount of walking/working space in front of the table. best of both worlds.

Hey, im still quite relaxed yet.
But business is business and communication is EASY
Its been 8 days now since i placed my order, no communication at all from cutter/mark...ive sent multiple messages
We asked him before i made the order, what the time frame was for orders and he assured us it was 2-3 days after order was placed it would be shipped. Well its 8 days later and i have no idea whats going on with the order. I could have ordered from digikey or arrow and had the lights built by now lol
edit: I messed up saying it was 10 days, its been 8 days, not 10

[email protected] - seems like marks family doesnt get to travel and is good at mailing back. But as far as i i understand, cutter dont do status updates. Even if something is out of stock they will generally just wait until its in stock with no real communication.
I ended up calling them in the end and got my stuff sent out. You may need to do this too.
