What I'd do is not pluck anymore leaves off, wait for the pot to completely dry out, give 1/4 strength of nutes with a dose of cal mag and water till you get a good amount of runoff and then go from there. Maybe scratch up the top surface of the soil in attempt to aerate it a bit. Just my opinion though

You are using minimum spec tri band led an not them toy ones of eBay? Are you using multi spectrum LEDs . What about timer definitely working aok check the cut out switch on the units isn't coming on every few hours knocking them off let us know what you find
