yeah I guess I missed that part. even though you're still posting in it and replying to everyone's posts and it takes less than 24hrs for you to reply. yup this is clearly and abandoned thread. based on these responses I've gotta assume I've done something wrong by asking a question. my bad, I'll just go back to the other boards. enjoy being dicks to each other.

I'll give a go at your questions though just to try and be helpful. The organic's forum is packed full of great people and info, it can be a little rough around here though sometimes. We just get a lot of people around here asking the same questions. 
1.) A soilless media is a growing MEDIUM that has NO soil in it. It is comprised of peat, sphagnum, barks, perlite, etc. It has almost no nutrient content to benefit your plants.
2.) People are using soilless because it lets you custom tailor your grow and such to your plants needs. You basically give them exactly what they need when they need it, not relying on your soil to provide any nutrition.
3.) Soilless media does not affect your medium in a bad way at all. It works perfectly with it. I use pro-mix orange with the added mycorhizzae and add more myco throughout the grow. As long as you nurture your microbes, they will thrive in any soilless medium the same as they would in soil, maybe more since you are able to add stuff that would benefit them and make them multiply, ie molassess, sugars, and more myco.
4.) Molasses is a by product of sugar cane or sugar beet processing which turn the cane or beet into sugar. The plants like it as it has some potassium in it, but the microbes in your soil love it even more. It is a carb that helps them multiply and super charges them helping break down the foods in your soil to make them available to the plants.

7.) I personally think that molasses is really thick and should be used in lower doses. Maybe 2-3 tsp/gal rather than 2-3 TBS. A little goes a long way.
8.) I don't use molasses during flush, mostly I am just using either pH balanced water, or water with Thrive Alive and mycorhizzae to help chew up the remaining food and help speed flushing.
I am by no means an expert, nor the most intelligent person in the world. I am sure there are other people who know more than me who are looking at this right now. If I made any mistakes, be sure to correct me, as I love to learn something new. I hope this helps and gets the ball rolling for you. since i went organic 10 years ago, the only failed attempt(s) i had was soiless organics. Would love to give it a try agian.
and would love to maybe even try a orgainc hydroponics on my aero garden...

I grew this way for about three years. Tried cow manure and got real good compost out of it and never looked back. I like the whole out of my hands and into gods hands approach. It gives me a real relaxing motivation or zen if you will. I guess its passive aggressiveness growing?
I use grow stones.. in my opinion we shouldn't define our choices based on whether or not something can be labelled natural or organic.. this in no way makes something ethical or environmentally sustainable (ie bat guano, peat moss, lumber) life is the rarest resource in the universe.. simply being man made does not mean its going to harm your soil or the earth (obviously) we have to way all the options and all the pros and cons.. perlite requires energy to be expanded and the material still has to be mined from the ground using material that is far rarer then that off growstones.. pumice and lavarock are relatively rare compared to non-porous rocks they can not be found everywhere require alot of machinery energy and destruction to extract ( although sometimes these materials are by-products of extracting more precious resources) and lavarock is heavy and requires a lot of energy and fossil fuels to transport. growstones are made from recycled glass they can literally be made anywhere and everywhere with a nearly limitless supply of material( beach sand, granite marble any kind of rock is mostly silica). its lightweight and does not. breakdown like perlite it can be recycled many many times over and when it does breakdown it provides a source of silicon and does not compromise drainage. of course growstones require energy to manufacture but I don't think anyone can make they argument that they are not an equally ethical alternative as long as you don't throw your medium away everytime
