Socko two days from topping.

those plants are no taller than 15".

its gonna be kinda hard to tell if its gonna be a tall plant this young. You neva know what will happen man. isnt it bagseed? i think tieing down would help you in you box.

I agree I might have to but I hope by hooking it to the walls of the box and around i can minimize the foliage blocking light from the lower leaves much like tying down.

godkas, you could look up the FIM method, and top it just once, and have it grow like 6 news colas.

by the way, for basic topping, how do i cut/slice the cola? do i need to cut it at an angle? or what....anyone?

Cutting at an angel has been falsely said to help..but in all reality it does nothing. acutally the best way is to pinch the top off with you finger nail, instead off a clean cutt that a knife would do.

Or if you dont posess fingernails use a pair of small scissors.

Wow. Crazy growth today. Any speculation? Im still watching those two protrusions in the center they are definitely growing.

the new leaves looked kinda brown around the edges but this has been going away and being replaced by a light new growth green much to my relief.

I mean I intended to try for the cutting of two nodes while they were still close. but there are definatly 4 protrusions. Maybe someone can tell me whats goin on it looks like 4 branches. 0_o

Not all strains produce two stalks when topped. Some produce 4 smaller colas, like socko looks to be doing.

you are TRIPPING. all you did was top a plant. it is doing what every other topped plant does. slow down.

Wtf that wasnt the question.. Someone mentioned certain strains shoot 4 when topped. what are tose and maybe I can see what I'm dealing with.
