Ok I have 7 females in 12/12 for over a month now and I just built a clone/veg room in the flower room. Well lastnight was the first nite of testing there was some damn Sneaky Light in there, not a lot but it was sneaking around. How much light will revert the plant back to veging???? :joint::joint:

I dont think it will force it back into veg. but it will confuse and stress the plant out. try going out and getting some black tape or paint or something and paint or cover the spots where light leaks with tape. You dont want any light to stress your plants out.

black duct tape or chrome tape is your friend.... even the smallest light on a appliance can throw it off...

Well I have some duct tape and that shit keeps peeling off the walls I cant get the shit to stay. Can you think of any other ways to trap that light?

black paint. get a quick dry spray paint. something that wont smell for too long. or you can do what i do. i use cardboard and silicone. as long as you dont get the cardboard wet. or like the other guy says. i have also used aluminum tape.

aluminum tape is like $5-$6 a roll at walmart. Just pick some up and put it over the leaks. light wont come through it.

I don't care what any book or "expert" says....It is never completely,100% dark anywhere in the world plants grow naturally except a cave and the bottom of the ocean.
Eliminate as much light as you can of course but as long as you don't have a shit load of light on it, it won't affect the plants.

I've only had 3 hermies since I started growing and there were other plants in the same room that didn't herm so it had to have been from the seeds.

Lil tip:
Green light bulbs do not affect a plant in any way so if you need a light to see in your grow room while they are in the dark period, get a green party bulb.

I agree. What about moon and star light for the out door plants? Hell, what about lightning flashes from thunder storms?
My room is dark, but I am sure it is not 100% dark. It is as good as I can get it, and it has worked well for me so far.
