Smoke Review: Subcool/TGA Jack The Ripper

I had 3 phenos maybe 4 out of 20 seeds of JTR,it and chernobyl is all that I found to be worth a shit.I grew 7 other strains and I thought they were weak.Chernobyl and JTR will hermie also,I hade one pheno Of JTR that I trashed and one chernobyl pheno that blowed so many nuts I could not pick them off...
 
You should be a subcool salesman. I have changed my mind many times and I settled on Dairy Queen and Spacejill. You just threw a monkey wrench in my plans. Hmmm Agent Orange and DQ, maybe.

IF you like JTR high, you will LOVE the Agent Orange high despite the fact that it was waaay too trippy for me (just as my JTR was last year).

...same here...ordered it on 4/20, but still havent started them..only have the space for them in like...August or something...still, cant wait :D I have a pair of JTRs flowering now, and one is almost done...looks and smells very impressive!

I say it like I see it. I love testing strains from seed and seeing how A) it helps me digest, and B) A high that makes me happy. Favorites are all the subcool strains that lack Jacks Cleaner in their geneology. I am aware that I'm judging the JTR genes in only 2 plants i've ever tried. One JTR female and One Agent Orange female. Both of them were way too psychadelic for my needs. I don't enjoy the highs personally, but i'm aware many many many people do.

My favorites would have to be The Flav (Which i'm growing again now hoping to find a male among 3 seeds), Vortex (I'll be growing this my next grow, damned plant limits), Querkle, Spacebomb (so good i'm growing 2 Alphakronik superbombs so I can see how well he does with it). I don't think i'll ever do a grow without at least one Subcool strain included because I know I can rely on quality bud from one seed with his stuff.

For the record I have recieved nothing free from subcool, neither does my post reward me in any other way then knowing I'm helping newbie medical growers like myself grow themselves so they don't have to suffer putting their limited energy into growing something for 3-4 months only to find it doesn't help them medically. I'm also a big fan of G13 labs Pineapple Express and Blueberry Gum (I'm curing now, the effects are medical, relaxing, and euphoric).

If you only try one TGA Subcool strian for med, i'd recommend Vortex.
 
I had the worst luck ever with my tga pandoras box none sprouted.. 1 germinated for sure cuz i used the paper towel meathod for 2 pb and 2 ag n a ww n something else almost all the freebies from june promo failed i put 25 seeds in jiffy plugs n 2 of the barnesys ag sprouted, 12 seedsman g13haze n 2 flying dutchmen pot of gold and connie chung thats it im sooo pissed about that considering atleast 100$ went down the drain

Subcool has recently stopped producing Jack Cleaner because it wasn't stable enough for his liking. There was still some sick pheno's to be found, its just not for people who aren't willing to grow out a bunch of different phenos to find that extra special legendary pheno.

I think you meant Jack's Cleaner 2 is no longer being produced.
Sub hasn't made any Jack's Cleaner seeds in years since he lost the original genetics (thanks to the police).
As far as I know though, Sub was able to secure an F1 cutting of Jack's Cleaner some years later from another grower.
He's been using that JC cutting to make strains like Agent Orange, Jack the Ripper, Qleaner, and Kaboom.

I'm not a fan of Jacks Cleaners offsprings i've tried. Didn't like JTR, Didn't like Agent Orange. However Vortex and The Flav and spacebomb are my absolute favorite smokes!!! Querkle is also super great. Anything TGA Subcool creates that does't have Jacks Cleaner in it is absolutely heavenly. I will always have one or two TGA Subcool strains in every grow because of how reliably dank they are.

The reason I don't like jacks cleaner? The high is just way too powerful and psychadelic and I like to get ripped when I smoke, but I don't like taking a trip on it. I'm sure some people love that its that powerful. Not I.

That being said I really really really want to grow Black Dahlia when it is released!!!

I've only heard Rumors so it may not even be true. You know how Plushberry is Black Cherry Soda X Spacedude? Well Black Dahlia is Black Cherry Soda X Querkle.

That taste I keep hearing about BCS mixed with the fruity pebbles goodness of Querkle I think will make a smell and flavor that i've never experienced before. Sounds like it will be awesome. Something for me to grow in 2012 or 2013. I got more seeds than I can use.
 
Black Dhalia may or may not be release he is still testing the cross...... and jacks cleaner is by far the best he has but again im looking for something with the most psychoactive propertys possible
 
if you like blunts and you like wicked potent hazey highs, you'd love haze x skunk. me? i merely ENDURE it's yucky cigar wrapper with hints of ashtray flavor for the best indoor buzz i've ever had yet, but it's 3 weeks behind JtR.

man do i hate it when breeders give great gear like this and killing fields violent names i won't buy gear over.

I'm tripped out by your opinion on the JC. I keep it in my room because of it's superior ability to relieve severe pain. The flavor is off the charts. I can understand the potency being too much for the unseasoned smoker, I would just like to put my two cents in on the JC and give it a better rep, because it has helped me through some rough times. peace
