Get a carbon furnace filter and run the fan for a few hours. Accumulair makes them in just about every size.

With 10-25 a day you should consider using a vaporizer (like the Volcano), much healthier, and then the lack of smell (and smoke) is just a bonus.

But as previous poster wrote, a carbon filter (hepa, with UV and ionizer*) for example would do the trick. This one is popular over here: www.lightair.com/products/surface/1377721-ion-flow-50-surface (no need to replace filters every 6 months or so, or in your case every month ;))

*Funny, some ionizer manufacturers claim their products are better than others because of the nearly-zero ozon particles their products create - and some here suggest and ozon generator?

They're trying to sell you some shit, here's a diagram explaining it in a nutshell:

Then we have negative ion stuff too...

Negative Ion Facts

  • Approved by the U.S. FDA (Food & Drug Admin.) as an approved allergy treatment.
  • Ionization is mandatory in many European and Russian Hospitals.
  • In March of 1999, Good Housekeeping Magazine had its engineers test an ionizer by using a smoke test, and found that it cleared out the smoke in a tank.
  • A recent study by the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture found that ionizing a room led to 52% less dust in the air, and 95% less bacteria in the air (since many of the pollutants found in the air reside on floating dust particles).

I see no issues whatsoever.

LOL I meant an ionizer and it came out ozone generator but actually yeah ozone generation should work too. I swear to god I am brain dead. I got a Volcano and haven't stopped using it so for the next month or so or until I vaporize myself completely brain dead I'm afraid you guys are going to have to help me here LOL
I figured you may have, but yes... both work :D

where to buy?
Or try amazon.com or google for 'air purifier'. As with many things cheap doesn't always mean crap and expensive doesn't always mean it's good, but the better ones work effectively and fairly quiet.

@Figong: Not that I attach more value to some manufacturer's own marketing bs than your words - pictures even thank you - but, this is from the device I linked to:

********
OZONE FREE
LightAir IonFlow 50 ozone level is not measurable and therefore considered to be equal to zero. In a third party test of the device the steady state ozone concentration in the test room operated with 0.5 air exchanges per hour remained below the detection limit of the measuring instrument (0.002 ppm). For reference; The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires ozone output of indoor medical devices to be no more than 0.05 ppm. EPA’s National Ambient Air Quality Standard for ozone is a maximum 8 hour average outdoor concentration of 0.08 ppm. According to Consumer Reports many air purifiers on the market surpass the threshold value by emitting ozone of 0.05-0.3 ppm. Learn more at www.epa.gov
********

I didn't bother to "learn more at www.epa.gov", and personally not worried about ozon emitting from my ionizer (got small one in bedroom, my lungs don't like pollen unless their smoked or vaped...) but I think I still prefer an ionizer - as I now see the poster actually meant to say - over an ozon generator.

open up all the windows nothing smells better than a fresh house and how do you get fresh? not with a bunch of chemicals with air! (although our air is pretty shtity now) anyways, i also do incense it lets off a STRONG smell, put some scented candles on the kitchen table, coffee tables and my biggest trick is
on the stove on low low heat, water, cini, cloves, and a few other spices and some orange peels

Remember you have accommodated to the smell so you won't accurately be able to check. You need someone who isn't smoking (pot) to check. Back in the day, many decades ago now. My mother caught me smoking pot in the bathroom. This woman smoked like a chimney! She chain smoked. How could she smell my one lousy joint with the window open and fan pointed out the window! So make sure you have someone who doesn't smoke come check your house when you think you are ready.

That ain't no shit! I always think I don't stink and then I go to the store and everyone stares at me lol. Oh well fuck them. I'm a pot head and they can deal with it ;)

Mince up some garlic, put it in a pan, and let it sit on the stove for a bit before the dude gets there. Hemp wick also helps mask the smell.
