Smart Way to Legalize

The shortest way to legalization IMO is to increase usage among older Americans. It is especially good when older people grow their own. Once the old folks figure out that infused oil as a supplement extends life and cures many if not most geriatric complaints usage in that great will multiply. Why is this important? Citizens over 50 have political power and money to get out of trouble. This is also a group who is mostly pro-prohibition. Stoners are great company but they are an unsympathetic lot politically. Grannie taking oil for cancer or glaucoma is a different story.
If the average geezer had any idea how many maladies this stuff cures, it would be legal in 6 months.

This is a decent news article.

You want the elders, a good start would be standardized extracts that are not very potent

Also the pain in the ass to get it legally is to much of a runaround, Thats if they are even willing to have their name attached to a government list that removes your rights (Im not)

Thats true. Both posts
If your talking federal legitimacy be it medical or decriminalization we may be a ways away.
If you talk to anyone in federal law enforcement or law makers who actually pulls any sway in this matter, until the feds get control of these many derivitives of cannabis that are being made now such as wax and shatter we will probably never see full legalization. That's pretty much what determines the scheduling of everything. The feds like to have this stuff under control and not have garage chemist blowing up and making questionable products that raise such high health concerns. It's mostly people around the age of 25 that are into this extract craze. Most us old people just stick to Little Flower or hash.

When the hell did fifty become old ?When EVERYONE who smokes, grows eats vapes weed starts to stand up and say,we as a nation are tired of this,,legalization will never be given. The Governor of New Jersey, after the passage of prohibition of alcohol declared,"The Great State of New Jersey will remain as wet as the Alantic Ocean that laps at it's shores,You now have 4 States that have told the Feds the same thing, regarding weed, and it spreading, slowly but surely.
