Small flying bugs on plants

Hi everyone new to the forum and i have a concern i would like to share any advise would be greatly appreciated. I have a autoflower plant and its about my 2 week in and for a couple of days now ive had these small bugs on my soil. they fly around and sometimes land on my plant there wings are clear and they have black heads but their bodies are a tanish white color and ive noticed some very small white spots on one of my leaves! ive already done some research and of all the bugs ive seen they resemble fungus gnats the most and these little guys really fuck shit up. but my plant continues to grow and today it even looks like i have some more leaves. ill try to get a pic up but any advise on how to get rid of them? i already bought this organic spray that seemed to kill them off but there was mote today. i heard sand works good does it matter what kind? thanks eveyone let me know what u think

use "NO PEST STRIPS" and fly traps, you can cover the tops of pots with paper plates or sand, get some mosquito dunks in case shit comes to worse, that will drown their disgusting abomination larvae

ill get those strips and i thought they were white flys at first but they dont really look like them more like fungus gnats either way tho there probobly all treated the same way and i heard perilte works better than sand and i thought mosquito dunks were only used in hydro? im growing in a 5 gallon pot "disgusting abomination larvae" lol i hate them too man! im so worried

If it fungus gnats let the soil dry up good. The bugs will go away. the gnats lay there eggs in wet soil. Eggs hatch buzz the plant until they lay there own eggs and so on.

Might be white flies, try using the perge spray, its the same thing they use around food, and will knock those bugs down quick. Had a buddy who used it. Dont use it though if you have ladybugs or anything because it kills all flying bugs
