Is this girl being munched on?! Bugs!?

Please zoom in on top of plant. notice abnormal leaf. Noticed this change from yesterday to today. I also saw some small flying insect. Only change made yesterday was bumping LED up to 40% reccomended for seedlings. Could it be caused by light intensity? Or should I start my foilar insect protocol?

You could of torn it, happens all the time. It could also be a big bug like a beatle like bug I swear I get those and they munch on a leaf and go away. Nothing major to worry IMO. If it gets worse Id look for bugs tho.

I swear I didn’t tear it lol. They have been VERY slow to take hold and get healthy. I refuse to do my one top until 5-6 nodes and they are not quite there yet. I had noticed a random fly or two swirling around the last week or two, while checking in. I do have my Trifecta on standby! I used to do neem spray, but the Trifecta seem stronger, and leaves a nice chemically smell that linger for a couple days before dissipating.
