Should i transplant to soil or stay hydro?

so i started a small stealth grow with a mini dwc system but after reading up more on dwc most people say 5gal minimum i just can't fit something that big into my box so i was wondering would it be better to put the plant in a 3gal wide pot with soil so i don't have to fill my 1gal forger's dwc everyday. i will add some pics

neet cab...no you dont NEED a 5 gallon bucket to do DWC...thats for people who want to grow larger plants...you can push that container to grow a 2' tall plant :)

thank you for the quick reply. but do you think i will have to refill it everyday. i don't like opening the box everyday it take's away the stealth aspect

Why would you not want to look at your plants every day?!? you lazy fucker!! jk...depends on how much its drinking...I'd suspect that a plant that size that you have right now isn't drinking a shitton so you shouldn't have to fill it up daily :)

you may not be filling that ever day but I bet you'll be adjusting ph more than once a day with a res that small. Assuming you intend to set ph.

i don't mess with the water chemistry i use to worry about that all the time but it doesn't really matter no major effect

oh right on then, nutrient lockout must not be a problem at your house.so, who are you keeping this little grow stealth from? I see in your pro you say you're from cali, not too many people in cali as discrete as you , whats up with that?

Ive gotten aeroponics clones before and put them in soil, 1 out of 5 died from the transition to soil, and the others looked really sick. IMO the root systems arent the same in soil compared to hydro. They took a week to come out of this weird shock, but did survive and thrive.

i'm not sure what to do so i think i'm gonna stay hydro and try to connect a reservoir or something so i don't have to refill everyday. I've been looking for ebb & flow fittings but i can't find them any where
