Got a couple of seeds form The Attitude there a week or so ago. They didn't germinate and look like they are starting to rot. I paid over the odds in my opinion for them and wasted valuable time on them and they send me this message back :

"We sell our seeds for souvenir purposes only and for storage in-case the laws change. We at ‘The Attitude’ are here to help, but we have our restrictions. We cannot, and will not discuss germination/yields/THC levels (etc.) of seeds, as it is ILLEGAL to germinate seeds in the United Kingdom and most countries and we cannot be seen to be promoting this. Unfortunately, E-mails may be ignored and remain unanswered if questions relate to the above and you may be refused a sale should you persist in requesting further information."

If they don't sort this out they deserve a slating!

attitude is only good because they do buy 1 get 1 free apart from that i don't like them i ordered 1 pick and mix auto flower i was going to put it in my garden for summer for basically like a free oz or so .. but it was a really tiny premature seed that didn't germ i was annoyed since it was pick and mix you'd think they would pick a nice fat seed to sell individually .. and then slip the small ones into the 10 packs etc with a mix of big and small , i don't like them ..lol

Did u soak em in water for 24-36 hours? I soak em 24-36 hours n do a water change after 20 hours...once they are submerged n no floaters they go in papertowels ..sometimes u get a bad pack.

Jeez, you must not have read anything on their site before you ordered seeds.

You CANNOT DISCUSS GERMINATING WITH SEED BANKS.

You screw yourself and then blame the seed bank?! Good job.

Some people don't know how to read...I never expect every bean to sprout
If you claimed they were crushed, then they might've replaced.
What good is a crushed bean when laws change?

Why would they sabotage breeder packs to give people Grade A singles...
Then the people who actually spend the extra $$ on breeder packs get screwed.
I've never used the pick'n'mix because 1 bean doesn't give you much chances of a keeper.

If the beans are in the breeder packs...HOW THE FUCK is it Attitudes fault?
They only sell beans, They don't breed them. They keep them in a temp. control area, for freshness.
Choose better breeders next time, another bank wont change your outcome if you go for the same breeder.

What did you expect?
Of course they can't refund you when you actually tell them that you're trying to grow the seeds. It's illegal. The business is legal. Had you come up with a better excuse and not asked them outright to help you break the law, they might have been able to help you.

I don't get how you can blame attitude ? Attitude is a middle man it's simply puts the buyer with the provider and takes a cut for doing so . Aslong as attitude gets the seeds to you that's their job done and let me tell you they do the job brilliant . If they didnt germ then get onto the breeder not attitude . Sea if seeds are no different they probably have the same stock off the same breeder so you will probably run into the same problems that's if it wasnt human error in the first place . :) good luck .

A. They take a bigcut.
B. They know damn well nobody is buying souvenirs
C. Attitude should fix the problem, they are the conduit from breeder to customer.

Since you seem to have failures with different batches of seed, I would look at your germination technique as one of the possible reasons. Having that many bad seeds is too much of a coincidence.

Shipping seeds that won't germinate? Let's see, if I sold you a car that wouldn't run. Would it be my fault,.. I didn't build the car you know...?

Of course it's my fault, I knew it wouldn't run but I sold it to you anyway, under the pretense that it would...

Now, if I told you up front, "hey, this breeder's seeds, have a lot of non germ complaints". Or maybe that we keep our seeds in the fridge a little to long, so dead seed will happen sometimes.

I could live with that. But to keep selling something when you know it's screwed up? Well, that's dishonest by anybodies standards dont you think?

attitude said they would help me by contacting the breeder..that's the last thing I heard..apparently some of you never got screw'd this way so your opinions mean nothing to me! I agree Tude ain't responsible for Germination, but they have to be accountable for a part of it, for selling their seeds. I guess when you buy a car from a dealership and it won't run... you bitch at the auto maker????????????

B. They know damn well nobody is buying souvenirs
Actually the real problem with many seed sellers including some breeders *cough* GHS *cough* is that most buyers don't seem (read: want) to realize that is exactly what they are buying: souvenirs (we call 'm tourist seeds). Hence the fancy (sometimes transparent) packages. Same as our tulips... But hey, somehow I'm a troll when I mention it so good luck with those superb genetics...

I had a similar experience with Attitude. I too recieved the boilerplate response. I contacted the breeder directly (It was Positronics ) and they sent me a free package of the same seeds and they all germinated. I just went to their website and contacted them and told them that I examined the seeds with a 30x magnifier and they were cracked and pale and immature looking and they sent me a plain brown envelope with no return address. I thanked them for their response and customer service and all is well. I think it is how you describe your complaint that gets their
attention.
