A. They take a bigcut.
B. They know damn well nobody is buying souvenirs
C. Attitude should fix the problem, they are the conduit from breeder to customer.
A. They are a business that provides access to over 100 [ I'm guessing] seed producers - a one stop shop where you can buy a bunch of one strain, or a little of this and that. Their freebies are a great way - sometimes - of discovering a good smoke that I'd have never sampled. Chernobyl and LA Confidential, for instance. Their service is reliable. In my opinion, they do a great job, and I have no problem at all with their profits. Tell me ANYone who's in it simply for charity?

B. Have you ever went into a hydroponic store to b*tch that the nutrients you bought there killed your marijuana garden? Or perhaps, you asked the owner about how many months would it take for his hydro unit to grow you a half pound of killer weed? They'll throw you out the door in a second, and you know it. And you know why. You talk * tomatoes *, not pot. Attitude's website clearly states over and over that if they ship to a country where germination is illegal, then the seeds are for souvenirs, or, for a time when the law changes. BTW - they replaced one BF Pineapple Chunk *freebie* for me when I sent an e-mail saying it was crushed - and it was. They included another on the next order.

C. Attitude has every right to do what they say they will do: if you discuss germinating seeds, then it's *you* who have violated their stated condition of sale - that you tried to germinate a souvenir.

With all due respect, this is one of the lamest b*tchfests I've seen on this site.

attitude said they would help me by contacting the breeder..that's the last thing I heard..apparently some of you never got screw'd this way so your opinions mean nothing to me! I agree Tude ain't responsible for Germination, but they have to be accountable for a part of it, for selling their seeds. I guess when you buy a car from a dealership and it won't run... you bitch at the auto maker????????????

You can't be serious....

You do realize selling cars is legal federally and locally right?
You do realize MJ seeds is illegal federally and most locals right?

You can see the difference, correct?

You screwed up and admitted to trying to grow seeds they clearly say you are not supposed to attempt to grow. You screwed up. Blame yourself not Attitude's.

If you had even a little bit of common sense you would have told them your seeds arrived crushed. They would have replaced them.
If they were not actually crushed, well a hammer would take care of that issue.

Sad circumstances, but I think you picked a bad breeder.
Attitude keeps their beans temp. control, not fridge.

I have had a few beans not germ, but never a whole pack.
I'd like to know the breeder of these White Widow that he got.

I disagree with attitudes stance, if you are the conduit from breeder to custy. Ofcourse this Guy should have dried seeds out n smashed or used bag seeds n said shipping damage but he didn't

Everyone takes such a blase attitude about it because it happens a lot and gets posted about a lot. People make the same mistake you did. Do a search here for attitude complaints and you'll see which ones were resolved and which ones weren't. I havent had any problems yet (knock on wood) except the ones I caused myself.

The best suggestion above was to contact the breeder and politely let them know what happened.

No they are the middle man, if you the buyer and breeder can't make music, it's not their fault.

You buy a new car @ dealership and it doesn't run...Hard to believe
Cars also come with warranties that are very detailed in what they cover, Just like the beans.

I really hope that just one person reading this will change their mind about THE ATTITUDE WANKERS and buy somewhere else and someone smokes that weed and asks "where did you buy your seeds" and they say any seedbanks name other than THE ATTITUDE WANKERS, I'll be very very happy.

If you don't like Attitude's policies, there are plenty of others.
What do you work for THE ATTITUDE DICKS ?? I mean really. It's not about policies it's about fucking money, my money and how fucking dare they be "so blase" about selling faulty goods???????

Are you the guy that sued McDonalds after spilling hot coffee on yourself? Always someone else's fault, eh? I'll bet you never read the 'sales agreement', did you? If you did, then it's * you * that broke it, and then you admitted it to them. Yet * you * call * them * d*ckheads??

In all honesty, since you've yet to post the brand of your failed 20 beans, my BS detector seems to detect BS. You're just making all this up, now aint'cha?:-P

It's a couple of seeds man, relax.
In the end, don't ever discuss germination with them.
It is in their policy and the laws they follow that they don't
discuss the topic.

Chalk it up as a lesson learned and move on, may it be to another seedbank or
not.

Attitude is at the top for a reason, many, many people have had successful dealings with them
in the past. Some have also had issues, but they managed to move on.

piggers said: "I never mentioned 20 seeds! And since no one asked I didn't tell. It was 2 seeds and a freebie. "

You're right - Space Angel chimed in on 20 white widow.

Correct me again if needed - I'm not going to re-read the thread - but have you not been crying about all the funds you're out? So for 2 seeds and shippiing, you're out what....$30? Dude, all this stink over chump change? It was a better gripe over the imagined 20 seeds of Space Angel. Dang, I'd send you a 5 pack of some spare Space Bomb if $30 is a major hit for you -- but then you'd germinate them....and we know that's illegal, don't we? :hump:

Got a couple of seeds form The Attitude there a week or so ago.
Oh really a "couple" as in two. I don't think I'd qualify as a snob yet I think the amount does make a difference. Not per se the amount of money but 2 out of 2 seeds failing... you don't need that much bad luck for that to happen.

If any of that made sense I'm sure I'd have a whole load to say.
