do you have to force a plant to flower to figure out the sex and how do you notice a male and a female can you show me pics please

You give it 12/ 12 tell it shows sex, then put back into veg.
If you veg em for about 6-8 weeks they will show their sex on there own also.....

Ive heard tell of usin a high K fert and it will help to show sex. Im tryin it myself. will let you know how it works.

I have read that forcing them to flower then back into veg is bad for the plant? Any truth to that?
