Setup help: 600W LED + AC Infinity T6 and heat issues

I got a 4x4 gorilla grow tent with the 1' extension kit installed, my setup is below, but here's my current problem. My poor first run is prolly gonna be duds with all the changes, but I wasn't really able to get it all dialed in just right before I got them and I was impatient.. anyways. My current and favored setup, is having my light 60" from the substrate at full 600W power, but my issue being in AZ for one, no humidity at all, and super hot. This is also in my bedroom currently, but thinking of moving it into another room, but we have kids, pets and family over a lot so it's a little harder to try and be stealthy with this monster. My house hovers around 78-82 inside all day, every day. Right now, the light is tripping my temp limit of 84F on my T6 every 10-15 minutes, and doing so, the fan also sucks all humidity out as well. The fan is set to run constant at speed 3 to try and keep some RH in.. but it just isn't enough to keep up with the generated heat. Anyone else in a similar pickle able to share some knowledge?

Ventilation: AC Infinity T6 with the Smart Control
Filtration: AC Infinity 6″ Carbon Filter + AC Infinity 6″ ducting line(not used currently)
Humidity Control: TaoTronics 4L Humidifier
Heat: Pelonis Portable Quite Heating and Cooling Space Heater
Soil: 50/50 mix of Coast of Maine Stonington Blend and Perlite
Pots: Vivosun 5 gallon cloth pots
Water: Currently using Crystal Geyser bottled water
Air Movement: 2 – 6″ Holmes clip fans / 1 – 12″ Holmes oscillating fan (currently only using 1 of the 6″ fans)
Hanging Items: AC Infinity 1/8″ Rope Ratchets, VIVOSUN 1/8″ Rope Ratchets
CO2: Exhale CO2 bag
Monitoring Equipment: Goovee WiFi Themo/Hygrometer
Testing Instruments: VIVOSUN pH and TDS meters, BlueLab Soil pH pen, Light LUX meter, Apogee MQ-500 Full Spectrum Quantum Meter
Misc: 8 Outlet 12′ long cord Surge protector, plastic clothing clips, 14″ Plant Saucers, Bluluce Plant Watering Can w/ shower head

Sounds like a nice setup ya got. But I don’t think you’ll ever get optimal temps and humid in the tent with your house being 78-82 year round. That lights def gonna heat that tent! If a window ac unit is an option in the room I’d do that.

Where is your intake? My only intake is the lower duct port, where all the cool air falls. Most i see is 82-85 at canopy.

Yeah, I'm thinking of moving into into a more ideal spot.. haha

Lower back, which is 3-4" from a wall that is possibly outside shared as well... exhaust dumps top left.

You know about positive and negative pressure tent setups? i monkeyed around with config till i found what worked here in deep east texas. You want that intake close to an open door, were the AC air can flow around on the floor

Exactly how dry is it there? You may be able to make a DIY swamp cooler, it would cool your room as well as adding the much needed humidity. There are a lot of ways to make these coolers and they add a ton of humidity. Believe it or not around 80 or 85 is perfect for your plants as long as you have proper humidity

I’m running hisense portable ac with exhaust pipe out window in my 5x10 / 3-2000 watt Samsung led, temp steady at 78. Can get my lights about 18” off plant

Yes but if you need cooling as well as humidity increase a swamp cooler is the shit, it is great for hot dry climates. In fact you cannot install a "regular" ac uniting this environment in usa . Where I am are regular ac units which are r410a but they pull humidity from the air. Evaporative cooling for just water only will add moisture to a dry arid climate

After the first 3 weeks I wouldn't even worry about controlling humidity. After that as long as the medium is wet they can get all the hydration they need from the root system.

Pick up a cloning/ seedling propagation tent for the first 3 weeks of growth and just run your humidifier and controller in there. You can light that with a few T5 globes. Put a small circulation fan in there and just crack one of the tents vents and this will be plenty of air exchange.

I run a 600R and I don't crank it until after about 7 weeks when the tent fills out. Otherwise your just pissing wattage down the drain

I also set my thermostat to cool to 77 instead of heat. Since I have covered the probe, temps are steady, I've lowered the fan speed from 5(steadily 85-86F with 35%RH) to 3 with a steady temp of around 84-85 with a 50% RH. Plants seem to have also perked up since I implemented this light power and height this morning. And should to continue to improve with the increased and steady temp and RH.

I think your problem is cranking it up to 600W. I am in W2 of flower and have mine at 310W and I will progressively turn that up until it's maxed out with about 2 weeks to go.

Also, if your driver is detachable, you should mount it outside the tent to reduce heat.

Finally, make sure you have a fan pointed at your light.

Hoping so!! Haha just need to figure out a better humidity option as this thing only lasts a day here.

I want to take fun advantage of this thing is my only problem. I don't think the driver on these are detachable.

Last few hours have been pretty steady so far today.

Granted, it's my first grow but I know someone else who grew here for a while and they also paid no attention to humidity and had good results.

With 600 watts of ANY light, in a 4x4, you'll need to run a 6" fan constantly. You will also need AC when it gets hot, or possibly you can run the lights at night during flower, which is what I do. Don't worry too much about humidity, way more important to keep your temps in line.

Yeah, I believe it! I cannot imagine how someone could cool the other types of lights running at 1000W which mine replaces using only 600W!!
