and this is why it is spiraling out of control. And not just on an economic basis, but on our whole standard for life, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer, hell gets hotter and people get sadder.. and our butt fuck gov't aint doing anything about it,,, thats why we must take action now,, or we will settle for nothing later

the reason i sparked this random thread is for awareness. If i make even one person become more aware of what is happening and what is going to happen then i will have succeded. i just want everyone to know that if we dont take action now we'll settle for nothing later and if we settle for nothing now we will settle for nothing later... things will only keep on getting worse.
and its too easy to say we have already settled for nothing (like one user already pointed out) and that it is too hard too turn back. we, as a people, need to regain control of the country we are most fond of. We need to make better decisions. We need to make better choices.
We are the poeple who make a country and we cant keep letting these gov't dicks keep fucking up. The needless killing needs to end. the needless gov't spending needs to end. the corporate monopolization needs to end. polluting our earth faster than it can naturally clean itself need to come to an end. endless destructive mining and forestry need to end. the demand for fossil fuels needs to end... i could go on for days... and what is out gov't doing about it? NOTHING,,, and thats exactly why we need to take action and start doing something about. I know it can be hard as a single citizen to stop all of this shit but any little bit helps,, if we all do our part we can make this world a better place. But if we keep on making excuses we will settle for nothing,,, and we know where that goes.
so just rememeber this one thing if you dont feel like anything i just said was useful...

here is a place to start:
Get your voice heard, IT IS important
Refuse supporting corporate america where you can. Buy local own, local supply
Boycott foreign products
Boycott products that cause excessive damage to the environment
STOP gambling (this is a very large source of centralization of money.. a downfall to our economy)
Be conscious and aware of what it going on
and that is just the beggining, the above pic is our last resort, when all else fails

wow,, thats just a place to start.. maybe this is why everything is going to shit,... noone has the motivation to do anything.. they just want to sit back and hope that it happens.... our gov't has been set in place to protect us of the evils that we all possess... we can overcome these evils but many choose not to.
we all need to tell our gov't that they are not doing their job well,, the job we pay them do do through the means of taxation... we are their boss, we "sign their paycheck" and they need to start listening to us. we have become that boss that is too weak and not well enough spoken to point out the wrongs and show how things should be done right,, the kind of boss that runs a company into the ground,, like we are running our economy into the ground.... if you dont get out their and express your concerns to the gov't nothing will ever be done...
and we will again settle for nothing.

i agree, im blitzed as fuck. just saw a new thread, opened it... read it... all the way thru. 2 pages, fuck thats a lot for me. and i agree, we arent doing shit about it, yet we complain... I on the other hand, do not complain but still dont do shit about... theres a difference. if u want to make a change, do somethin about it and quit ur bitchin. latuH

oh,, and another thing we can do to try and fix things is voteing properly... first off not enough people vote and second off the people who do vote do not know enough about who they are voting for. we need to become more informed and more aware.... dont be afraid to let your voice be heard,, they may try to mute you but that should only act as a catalyst in your fight for freedom........

Dont you believe that monopolization is essentially what keeps this country afloat? Pays for our roads, highways, freeways.. street signs. The taxes we, as citizens, pay are nothing compared to commercial property taxes, wage and benefit taxes, insurance taxes, etc that huge companies are forced to pay... Sales tax is $0.08 cents on the dollar compared to, say, the taxes in the UK, which are astronomical!You think we've got it bad? I paid $4.24/gallon for gas today. People in the UK are spending $7-8-9 bucks per LITRE on gas.

i agree but what can we really do, cant fire our president or i think we would have already, they are too fukin big unless everyone at the same time decided fuck it lets do this we have no chance. there are too many people in their game now who would side with them so i feel we are on the outside looking in.
