Selling To Dispensaries From Out of State?.

Hi all,

I have been reviewing various websites that sell retail medical to consumers, but was unable to locate the criteria I need. I even read one handbook for vendors. None of these sites answer a simple question:

Will dispensaries purchase from growers who are not licensed to grow in that particular state?.

No,not in Ca anyways. To vend to a dispensary you need to be able to get into the dispensary, and thats not gonna happen unless you have your dr.recommendation, which requires a state ID or DL.

I have the distinct suspicion every state has similar requirements, that residency must be established.

I may have to do this one the old fashioned way.

If your not In a med state, why would you do this ? Your not going to get near as much for your product in any med state at a mmj center. If your in a non med state I'm sure you demand way more for price. "The old fashioned way" so your going to drive it to Cali? Yeah that makes a lot of economical sense ? Good luck with this one and think twice it's not alright.

I understand you think your trying to the right thing but its illegal to do what you want to do. Sorry . You would be taking much higher risks driving thru border states and getting popped than staying home and doing your thing. IMO . Good Luck

I'm with your thought process here. My advice would be to make friends in the states that you want to sell to that have cards in those states. Brotherman with the card goes into dispensaries with small samples, asks them if they're interested. Of course you would cut them in on the deal. I would assume you have Killer Genetics, Grow it Organically, Cured to Perfection... not some bullshit chemmy hydro, cut down early, dried for five days and thrown in a turkey bag. I'd even go so far as to have your crops tested so you can provide them with the #s (CBD, THC) and proof of no junk in your herbs ahead of time. Just obviously Careful with the Transpo. Id say the majority of weed in dispensaries around here was grown in coco/rockwool/hydroton. Fully organic soil grown is around but the demand for it isnt that high when the hydro looks,smells and smokes just as good.

just dont bring it to Cali. We have enough weed over here! lol j/k. But if it doesnt stick to glass then you wont get shit for it. Its top shelf or nothin out here.

Weed has a way of finding a home for itself. You will be alright if you even have a couple friends.

You can't transport weed from state to state, It's called trafficking. IDK how it works cuz dispensaries here can't buy from anyone but other dispensary owners, so maybe they will buy your buds although I highly doubt it. Good luck getting it there though.
