ya what were talking about is the lucas formula with the GH 3part nutes...micro an bloom...no grow....the micro an bloom have enough npk value to grow plants bythemselves...like i said in the post were i explained how much to use....MAKE SURE YOU USE R/O water for this....for the lucas formula backbone is r/o water....peace az

I am going to set up a hydro system as soon as i am done with the grow i am on. It should be in a week or two. If anyone has thoughts or ideas or pictures or anything, hook it up. I want to know a little before i jump all the way in.

Hey 40acres - sorry about attending to my our agenda...
I totally believe that you would really enjoy the Hempy system, especially since you have been a soil farmer. But hey we are here to help each other - so here are some links that may help you make up your mind on the different Hydro systems available...

Per Rollitup himself:
https://www.rollitup.org/do-yourself/694-indoor-growing-systems.html

Everyone's system is represented here:

He wrote the Bible... on marijuana that is... :bigjoint:

This could be used for Hempy also... I'm just saying...

Thanks sir... where can one easily get r/o water? Is distilled good enough because I have very easy access to that. I actually think a local restaurant chain uses reverse osmosis water in their coffee and ice.

If you have like a walmart or meijers or some big chain store they should sell distilled and R/O water, in the juice and water isle.. If you can't find or you are in the middle of nowhere you can buy a home R/O water kit to install under you kitchen sink they are under 200 bucks

the lucas formula is for all hydro applications ..be it hempy flood tables dwc....there is an add back solution for people who keep reservoirs for recirculating hydro setups where you would only have to clean an change the rez before an after flower....that's it....hempy..lucas...systems with med patients in mind...people who cant readily change shit around easily.....peace az

Also if you know of any of water machines in front of a supermarker, where you bring up to a 5 gallon container and fill it for like $1.50 or $0.35 a gallon. They usually use RO systems nowadays.
