Seeking advice from ye wise men

I'm waiting on my shipment of seeds, should be coming any day. Meanwhile, I'm starting my first setup, kinda a micro closet grow.

I bought this Sterlite tub from Walmart, its a 30 gallon tub. I'd say its a little over a foot wide, maybe 2.5 feet long, and 1.5 feet tall.

I'm going to end up buying another identical one and stacking them to have much more vertical grow room.

The metal contraption up top is a 50cfm bathroom exhaust fan, it moves quite a bit of air out of this tub. There's a little black fan (8.5in, three speed, can also move a considerable amount of air) down near the bottom as an intake.

The tub is going to be lined with Reflectix (bubble wrap reflecting kinda looking thing)

Question 1: Should I leave the fan in the bottom and use it as an active intake, or should I remove it and just have a hole where the fan used to be and use it as a passive intake?

Question 2: With, say, 12 23w CFL lights inside this sealed tub, and a temperature of about 82-85 near the intake of the fan, do you think I'd be able to keep the temperature inside near/under 85? I'm not sure exactly how effective the 50cfm fan is though.
I'm also getting an ac duct going into the side of the tub directly to cool it, but the hours of the ac being on are completely random as it's controlled by a parent and not me. So when the ac is off, would the exhaust do its job effectively?

Question 3: Any advice? Anything to improve the setup? Anything at all? Temperature is by far my biggest issue, and suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks for your time =]

Unless the ac is off because it is plenty cool, I agree you will have a heat problem.

well I have ducting going from the room's ac into the box, and when the ac is on and the fan is blowing in there, the entire box stays pretty chill, I just cant rely on the ac. I was considering buying a portable or window ac, but I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me instead? Any pointers?

Also, should I keep that fan down bottom or would a passive exhaust be better?

Thanks
