Midget, they rarely find the seeds.
I have done it 3-4 times, 2 times the package was screened still didn't find them.

Pack all grow equipment, anything else that looks like a grow op, store it somewhere for a few months (friends, storage places).
Order seeds ONLY VIA REGULAR AIRMAIL (no sig required, much better chance of not being pinged by customs)

When you get the beans, wait a few months before you start.
