Seedlings need help, or start over...

Hello all, new to the site and fairly novice at growing cannabis. I grow outdoors in containers with organic soil and nutes. I put 3 berry bomb, and one power bud seed sprouts in peat pots 3 weeks ago. Mostly peat moss and perlite with some organic potting mix. The potting mix brand is called earth's finest from a local garden center. I let them live their first 3 days on a windowsill and then moved them out to my back porch, more like a cove, 3 walls and a ceiling. They get about 4 to 5 hours of morning sun every day now. And i keep the soil moist, its hot so usually water every other day. I have another older plant i sprouted back in march that lived a similar life except i moved it straight to the porch after sprouting instead of the 3 days on the windowsill. It is doing pretty good out in the full sun. What went wrong with the seedlings? They havent made a new leaf in 2 weeks and are very gangly. Should i just sprout some new seeds and try again? I read the post about re-planting the seedlings further up the stem, but are my sprouts strong enough for this? they only have two leaves and cant stand on their own... Stems are very thin, about 4-5 inches long. They all look like the pic shown. Again 3 weeks old.

Did u plant them in with the biodegradable starter cup? I tried that too.. With not much success..one of the peeps in here told me to take it out of starter cup and plant it up to the leaves..I did and watered the crap out if it and it took off in about 2-3 days. Try that before you start over . I'm a noob also just my 2 cents..good luck

Not enough light, which is why it's lanky and needs to be tied to a toothpick to help support it, and maybe also too warm at this young age.
Do NOT feed for at least 2 weeks, and there is no use in moving to a bigger pot like that at this point in time, especially if you did not cut off the bottom and sides of the jiffy pot.
Put a fan on it to simulate wind, and support it with a couple toothpicks, use ties from the veg dept at your grocery to tie it.

you can see its moveing towards the light, in 3 weeks, after it hatched it should be 4 or 5 inches tall and bushy

Thanks for the suggestions. I added some support sticks for them. Its strange they get about 4-5 hours of hot texas sun and still are reaching for more... They are so small though i worry to burn them, however the leaves are still very green and healthy looking. I have a fan on them and im gonna leave them be. I did remove the bottoms of the peat pots, but not the sides. The reason i planted them in the bigger pots so soon is because i was having so much trouble keeping those pots moist. Next time i will try the solo cups method. I feel like not enough light at the very beginning in the windowsill stunted the sprouts...You think? Should i just start them outside next time since thats where they will live?

STOP with the "propping up with straws and toothpicks" nonsense......repot that thing, getting rid of the Jiffy Pot, and bury that plant all the way up to the leaves. Just do it right and then you can forget about it.

I took your advice on the 2 longest sprouts. Removed the pots and burried them 4 inches up the stem. The roots had not grown at all in 4 weeks. Very little roots at all, so strange. I added more soil to the other 2 sronger sprouts to help prop them up, like others suggested. I will post pics of the results in a week or so. Is there anything i can do to encourage more root development? I used light soil mostly peat moss and perlite, some potting mix. But the lack of root growth is concerning. I have two more seeds started in regular pots to replace these if neccessary, and i dont want the same to happen. Thanks for the help sprouts2 001.jpgsprouts2 002.jpgsprouts2 003.jpgsprouts2 004.jpg

I also thought Texas sun would be enough. Apparently not, so I re-potted after trying to prop 1 up, and put up lights.
