less is more

to many beginners try to pump up their plants with to much nutrients/too much light/over-watering, thinking that it is needed...especially with seedlings.
when realistically seedlings do not need nutrients/hid's/too much water.
once the seedling start to actually grow and develop leaves, that is when they can handle a bit more of each.
people are often suckered into the "Seller's" ideas... (which first you should ask "them" if they ever grew a plant)...before taking the advice from someone who is trying to sell you nutrients and equipment that is not needed.
most of the time they give false advice!
take the advice of a grower, who actually has experience with plants, not one who is telling you incorrect advice.
thats where the expression " read your plants" comes from...only give a plant what is needed Not what you think it should get!
less really is more in the long run...better to error on the low side than to over do it.
