The seed shell is stuck on its about two inches now and the shells hard and stuck

It happens mang heres one in my tent now did the same thing I left it on for like a week and as soon as I pulled it off the baby leaves spread out. Looks all crazy now wouldn't be surprised if it hermied. Other pic is normal same strain. Just don't force it.

Spray with a water bottle like a couple squires that's it
