Seed banks that don’t list breeders

So I was doing some googling and came across this Canadian seed bank. After perusing their site, they don’t breed their own seeds. They buy in bulk from who knows where and then sells their customers who knows what. None of their strains list the breeder...how is this possible in today’s market? I’ve never come across a seed bank that doesn’t list the breeders but maybe I haven’t looked deep enough to find these shitty seed banks...what a joke. Why would anyone ever give these people a cent???
