It actually increases the root growth, as the plant grows more roots to search for food and water. Because of all the extra root growth, the foliage grows. Just wanted to clarify.

the difference is amazing it took me about 2 months to get to were im at now on the last grow

did you use cfls for the last grow ?

i know the pain!! i grew with cfls for about a month befor i decided to break down and buy an hps!!

no it wasnt cfl. i dont even know what they were one was like a flood light for plants i think. i definetly know they blow dogs for quarters

Told you. LOL.. Cfl's would have been a better route.. I got a little over 3 oz off one plant with cfls..

well i learned alot so far i know the next grow is gonna be even better and i got plenty of seeds to mess around with
