Day 114 of the grow, 64 days into flowering....AM check, PH at 5.6, PPMs at 22, 5 days into the rinse, full top-off, lights out for 48 hours for last big trichomes production right before the harvest.....

These two strains are awesome to grow. I got some nice fat bud, can't wait for that 1st hit in about 8 days. Photo 0001 dominet LCG #1, 0019 LCG #2

After a total 116 days of growing, which 66 days of 116 days were for flowering, trichomes were at 60-70% cloudy w/10-20% amber I made the cut 1-24-11. Currently they are hanging for a slow dry/cure for the next 5-7 days, trim and then place into pint mason jars to cure for several weeks.

Won't know yield until a few days from now, but I can say this, my 1st grow I had 6 plants, got 16 pint jars. This grow, 4 plants, and I will exceed that amount if not more...

Both the Landrace Columbian Gold and Blue Widow produced some heavy bud..

Thanks Dropastone, it was a fun and trouble free grow. I trimmed the dominet LCGold yesterday, placed her in a papersack for 24 hours. Plan to jar her this afternoon. Yield is yet to be determined on this 1 plant. She also had about 20% of underbud which was not included in photos. I have all of each plants underbud in sacks, plan to make either hash or hash oil. In the baggy is the trim, to make cannabutter.

I ended up w/6 pint jars of the dominet LCG
I ended up w/4 pint jars of #2 LCG
I ended up w/1 pint jar of #3 LCG
I ended up w/4 pint jars of BW
Total 15 pint jars, 12.75 oz
plus 2.5 oz of underbud and trim for hash and cannabutter. Imo not bad from 4 plants

Smoke Report by the end of this weekend.

Strain: World of Seeds Landrace Colombian Gold

Grow System: DIY Aero-Hydro

Lights: CFLs

Nutes: General Hydroponics Flora Grow, Flora Bloom, Flora Micro Nutrients, Botanicare Calmag+, distilled water

Yield: 3 plants yielded 11 pint jars, or 9.75+ oz. Dominate LCG#1= 6 pints/5.40 oz., #2 LCG = 4 pints/4.32 oz., #3 LCG 1 pint/1.03 oz total of 10.75 oz. Average of 3.58 oz./plant, not bad w/CFLs!!!!

Growth difficulty: easy for indoors, great for beginners

Grow Time 116 days from seed to harvest

Bag Appeal: 09/10
It's nice and green with plenty of brown/gold hairs

Smell: 08/10
When it is growing it smells like over-ripened citrus fruit. When it is dry it smells a lot more even more pungent.

Taste: 08/10
Smokes really smooth and burns slowly. The taste is exactly the way it smells. Not harsh at all.

The High: 08/10

At first you notice the uplift from it, kinda gets the head thinking" a lot". It then seems to totally relax the mind and body very nicely. It can have some couch-lock effect if you smoke all day long, but does finish out nicely. I have not experience any psychedelic effects yet, perhaps after the cure process

High Breakdown Uplifting= 08/10 Stoner effect=06/10. Body effects=08/10 Couch-lock=05/10.

TheHigh after the Cure: to be continued in 3 or 4 weeks

Comments: Easy to grow, great for my Lymes disease, awesome head and body high, totally relaxed from head to toe, but as of yet I’m not convinced it was the smoke in the 70's. After the cure process in a few weeks perhaps it maybe the same. I’ll do a following up.

Burping jars for an hour per day gets little old, but has greatly paid off. The Gold just got sweeter and sweeter, much more potent. The high is now more intense than ever, not to mention the sugar leaves trim made excellent hash oil, "honey oil". Been using the oil, gonna try to make some more w/some of my 1st grow, indica dominate, it should kick ass as well...


Landrace Colombian Gold

The Blue is simply awesome as well and smells like juicy fruit gum and taste like fresh blueberries. The nuggets are real hard. The buzz is even better than the gold. Both strains are simply awesome....Only problem I have w/both strains is they both keep me awake at nights, so I need to finish the day w/indica strain to sleep...find a balance so to speak...

The re-vegging process is going very well. For a few days I had thought it would not take....but they all came around nicely, so another grow is on!!!!

Thanks DarthD3vl, the hash oil was very easy to make. Plan to make more of it this week. My re-vegging grow is coming along nicely. Should be able to take cuttings a week to 10 days. Then I'll need to transfer those gals into a deeper grow box..
I'd like to move them into soil, perhaps bonsi them for future cuttings. Also I have some seeds of bubbledelicious and red dragon yet to get up and growing...thanks again

Well the re-vegging is going very well. 3 1/2 weeks into it, gonna take cuttings this week, put them into an aero-hydro grow-box after rooting. Then move the mommas into a deeper grow-box.. I am going to try to germinate the Red Dragon and some Bubbledelicious regular seeds, see what comes of it....

Thanks Pipe Dream for your comment. Do you have a grow journal? I would like to follow it..See how your CG comes out...My 1st run w/CG I flowered after 4 weeks of vegging. Now I have to wait until the cuttings root, but even so, I'll just veg them for 4-5 weeks before switching to a 12/12 light schedule. As I stated in my journal, both the C.Gold and B.Widow just got better and better after 3 weeks of curing. From the trim on the CG I made hash oil for the 1st time, what an intense stoney high that is, but only last for about an hour. I put it on my doobs to smoke from time to time. Plan to make a whole lot more of that...We made cherry and lemon drops from the cannabutter, everytime I have one in my mouth I can't stop smiling,lol....Thanks for stopping by
