SCROG or SOG?

Hey everyone, i have limited amount of height space, and i dont know what to do. Should i go with SOG or SCROG? Can someone please also tell me a good url where i can search on how to's.

i second that. a scrog will yield better than most any grow method psf.

If I'm not mistaken ScrOG is actually way different than SOG. For a small space I would go w/ the ScrOG method.

Well, you said you have limited height, what about width and depth? If you don't have much horizontal space, then I agree with itzCESAR - it would be a waste to do Scrog. If you've got lots of horizontal space, then I think Scrog would work better.
