how high off the soil do you put the screen when you do the scrog.

thanks so when the plants gets to 18" you tie it to the screen, and then as it grows you continue to tie it to the screen as it grows?

I myself prefer 8-12" above the media line as it is a horizontal grow anyway so I don't waste space. One thing that is important with SCROG is good ventilation up through the screen and this will also come into play as far as screen height. You can tie or you can weave but remember growth will push up on the screen so make sure it's fastened well. I prefer tying down so I can compensate for any growth.
