Scientists are Declaring a Climate Emergency

Another great reason to switch to non-polluting energy sources like fossil fuels is because burning it up is so wasteful of an otherwise great substance. Think of all the great things that oil can be used for other than to burn it.

Plastics - mostly can be replaced with cannabis.
Fabrics - " " " " " "
Medicine - " " " " " "
Lots more- " " " " " "

One of the big reasons for reef die-off is the increased acidity of the oceans that is caused by the increased levels of CO2 that the oceans are huge sink for. I am of the firm belief that the higher CO2 is caused by humans but much of the climate change is the earth doing it's own thing no matter what we do. It was concerns with the hole in the ozone layer when I was back in school in the late 80s taking environmental chemistry that spurred a mostly world wide effort to eliminate the use of chlorofluorocarbons, (Freon). The hole has been getting smaller each year since.

We need to put that kind of effort into greenhouse gases reduction especially CO2.
A science professor at a prestigious university said that cannabis, when trimmed and cut ,the live plants do something to put ozone up. that it's the only thing known to do this. Dr. anonymous also warned of the danger of ozone generated by machines, like ozone generators , to the earth as well as the environment. long before ozone genys where banned in cali.

Even if that were so and I highly doubt it, ground level ozone doesn't translate to ozone in the upper atmosphere were it needs to be to protect us.

There is already lots of ground level ozone being created by reactions with sunlight and all the pollution our cars, factories and other fossil fuel burning gadgets produce. Driving across any bridge leaving Vancouver on a sunny summer day the brown soup that passed for air was clearly visible far down the Fraser Valley. Tests way out in Chilliwack showed up to 15% reduction in crops with a corresponding increase in respiratory disease all thanks to ozone and particulates.

The freshest air in the whole lower mainland is in the west end of Vancouver where the fresh ocena breezez push all the crud down the valley.

Electric cars will be a real breath of fresh air.

yea he mentioned that, about pollution and man made ozone being poison. maybe i got it mixed up or maybe he was wrong. he was right about ground level ozone and also about weed being good for the environment. Cannabis is grown in Chernobyl as an accumulator plant to help clean it up.
