You have your answer. The answer is that it is a BAD idea to use this type of fertilizer for hydroponics.

You dont, however, have to listen to it.

By the way, this thread is the first time that Fallen Buckshot has ever posted in the hydroponics forum, and I can tell you by his answers that he has no experience whatsoever with hydroponics.

This is what I grow with my hydroponics system, this plant had almost a half pound on it. The whole crop cost about 25$ worth of fertilizer to grow. I got what I paid for:
