Day 14 of Bloom(12/12) Update

Things are going well, I am not at as high as my chart suggests I should be as far as PPM goes, started seeing a little nute burn on tips.

Still undecided on whether to do a SCROG, I think it’s a little late for my liking.

Found a ladybug in the house and put it on my plant as a guardian, little guy died in 2 days. Found another one, died in two days. Guess that means I’m good as far as pests go, for now.

Plant #2:

Plant #3:

Plant #7:

Description: Still hoping this is the Sativa Dom. Pheno of this strain. It still has some fat leaves but the new growth and non big fan leaves are pretty skinny like a Sativa compared to the other 3, plus I use a 1000 watter. Please feel free to give your opinion on this.

Plant #8:

Looks like u got the indica dom
Ya, I had a feeling that one was but it's just been really branchy and you can really tell a difference when looking at the new growth and young leaves. Just seems to be growing differently. Idk, just could be me. Also, the leaves on that plant are covered in trichomes more than I've ever seen on plant leaves so even though it's not the most vigorous grower of the bunch, it's one I'm keeping my eye on.

I know this is mostly a Sativa strain, which makes me wonder why it would grow a lot like a Indica? Is it because some of the Indica traits such as fatter leaves and bigger buds for the size of plant tend to show in the plant even when it is only 10-30 % Indica? Or does the breeding order have something to do with which traits are shown in the plants?

I should have mentioned I know these plants are suppose to stretch a bit and start taking off like a Sativa but it just seems to this point they are growing like a Indica.

Yea its got some skunk in it lol. Could prove to be better than the sat dom?
Ya, I'm sure either way it will be dank. Aren't some of the reasons why they incorporated Indicas into Sativa genetics for the most part is to increase bud size, add more bushiness, and widen leaf structure?

Yes. I think I have jack 5 from sensi? But these jacks are just grest plants. Low odor big long colas on every branch. Essy to trim quick finish etc.

You ever grow out Super Silver Haze? My "patient" loves that strain and wants me to grow it but I have other strains in line.
yes. its a great plant .. i flowered a mother, it was 9 weeks i think i remember in soil. one of the most triched out plants ive ever grown for sure. plant looked white. i didnt clone it, wish i had. if you get a good one keep it as a mom.

i take my jack at 7 weeks though

Ya, when I grabbed these JH F7 seeds I didn't even look at the harvest time, it was my first ever seed buy. I was looking for a JH and sensi's was too high priced at the time for me while Sannie's fit my price range and I heard they were from original sensi stock and stabilized to Sannies liking so I got them. Then someone was talking about all these Sannie's strains they have grown but his JH wasn't on there so I asked them why they haven't grown it and they mentioned the harvest time. I'm hoping mine will take no longer than 12 weeks but I'm not really worried about it, the amount I'll grow will be worth the money and time I have invested into it.

Ive heard nothing but good about sannies. And flowering times vary between phenos so it could be 8 weeks or maybe 13?? Never know till you run em . And I admit I get anxious

Oh believe me I'll be anxious, I'm about out of my stash from my last grow. Not going to be good.

Good time to rest the lungs, sounds like. I cant wait to see your plants do their thing. Im excited to see the lateral branching/budding? I got offered an old northern lights clone tonight, I hear shes big too. I love sativa dom hybrids

Also at this point you may want to start bending the atypical branches down. Also maybe a trellis.

I decided I'm not going to throw a SCROG over them, I know they respond well to SCROGs but I want tall lateral branches like you said. I'll pry play hell trying to keep them down but I'll be on top of them so they don't burn. If I were you I would jump on that NL clone. The first strain I grew was a old NL strain that a friend of the family has been growing for decades outdoors. Brought me three clones and that was the best and most bud I have grown yet. Good thing is I can get my hands on it again anytime I want. Grew two monsters with buds the width of a 2x4 when dry before curing.

Good call, not to mention I beat them to death, killed the third when I broke the main root/stem. But a very hardy strain, will take a lot of abuse. Being my first time I burnt them all the way through bloom, let them run within 5 inches of that 1000 watt burning some buds and had a little mite infestation near the end that I was able to control. Wish I had the pic. of the LST work and roots from those plants, I swear you would think that strain is made for LST and Hydro. I'll see if I can't find them buried on the comp. somewhere real quick.

Started to have some solution heat problems once the light turned on. Was heating up the black buckets and tubing and making the air around the pumps too warm so I made a shield out of cardboard and mylar to block the light from the air pumps, buckets, and tubing. Didn't do my usual table cloth idea at the start of the grow but I'm sort of glad I didn't because this is a much better idea with the mylar on top of the cardboard. Made it quite a bit brighter in the room as well. Will probably do this every grow instead of my table cloth thing.
