thanks mate i did a search and i found out co2 that emit from yeast powder would work !
and please tell me ,what kind of molasses do you use for magnesium deficiency ? i read that epsom salt should be used for mg deficiency but i cant find it in my country :(
does molasses really work ?please give me more explanation about molasses and if you make it,please explain how you did molasses for me.and if you buy it,give me a link for sample .
(or, is molasses simple ?only white sugar and water =molasses ? )
sorry i am very newbie

and where do you make your clones ?do you always put a few moms under vegging all the time so that you can get clones from them ?
thanks you for your help my friend.

Well molasses is basically a byproduct of cane sugar production. it's where all the beneficial stuff from the plant is: Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Phosphor, Iron and many other minerals/nutrients.

You have to buy unsulphured, blackstrap molasses. I bought mine from the pharmacy's healthfood section, as the varieties in the supermarket are usually 33% molasses mixed with other syrups and sugars.

But as I said before, only organic growers should use it for the extra carbs. I use it only for the minerals, as I can't find the equivalent of epsom salt or dolomite lime here.

Here in Switzerland we can still buy clones from grow shops, who are authorized sellers for the big seed banks so you can trust the genetics to some extent. However I've already ordered a bunch of feminized seeds from Dutch Passion and Sensi. Buying clones is easier and quicker but you have less (no) control over genetics, phenotypes, and ultimately the final product.

Once I get two grows under my belt I'll setup a cloning/vegging room with CFLs. For now though I need to make enough bud to last me long enough to start meddling with seeds, clones, etc.

Day 66

I honestly don't know when I should start counting flowering from, as these babies have been in 12/12 for 43 days but "budding" for about 34. Both strains are supposed to flower for 55 days, but it looks like they might be finished before that. Could it be because they were clones taken from a flowering mother? I have no clue, but I'll go with the trichomes. Right now (on the Bubblegums) they're 70% clear, 25% cloudy and a few ambers here and there.

Only time will tell... oh and I couldn't stake them in fear of damaging the roots, so I had to improvise

tell me about it.

Anyways, here's a macro shot of one of the NLX (don't mind the cat's hairs)

Apparently it takes longer for trich's to turn from clear to cloudy than cloudy to amber, and you can clearly see quite a few cloudy ones already. Hopefully no longer than 2 weeks 'til chop-chop day :D

i know mate but I really put a lot of effort into this grow. Before this I couldn't even take care of my mini-cactus

sooner than two weeks would be awesome. I'm about to light up my last J' until then :-(

i'm lovin' the bubblegum too! I originally wanted 5x Bubblegum and 5x Blue Russian clones but the latter never materialized :( things are getting stricter here in Switzerland...

Much easier to grow than the NLX and they sure stink a lot more :weed:

beware though, there are a lot of bubblegum imitations out there.

Dude, those plants look fuckin GREAT!! I bet they're gonna taste good.Is there a sweet odor of bubblegum? I'm curious, cause I'm growing 3 bubblegum clones myself, they're4 weeks old..nice grow, bro..

thanks! appreciate the positivity.

The Bubblegum have a sweet, pungent and almost cat-piss like stank (in a good, dank way :weed:) but not as "bubblegummy" as I imagined. Definitely sweet though...

I hope the odor and flavor will come out after curing. But then again for a full-bodied aroma an organic grow is a must; which i'm hoping to do next time ;)

good luck with your bubblegum! have you got a journal going?

As promised, here are some better hi-res pics. These are all of the NLX. I wanted to take the Bubblegum out but they're not very mobile since they're all tied up. It's messy in there

The first two shots are of the main cola. The others are from a lower branch bud.

thanks bro! definitely appreciate the +rep ;-)

I'm hopin' another week to 10 days tops. The Bubblegum are a bit slower in trich' maturation, which is perfect since I wannna harvest both at the same time but still retain a more "up" high for the Bubblegum and couchlock stone for the NLX. A good balance me thinks :bigjoint:
