I bought both seeds and flowers. I ended buying a gram of the OG Ghost Train Haze (veganic Kyle Kushman) From Buds and Roses.Drama as usual.... they banned seed and flower sales... said flowers had to be consumed on site, then backed down later on seed sales (but not flowers)... other than that I don't know other than all the usual suspects were theresupposedly because a bunch of local dispensaries complained...

Also, I got to smoke some of the 74% bubble hash from odie and mushmouth at the tga booth. It was by far the most potent bubble I have ever smoked

I thought it was cool, I got the Rare Dankness seeds I wanted that werent available online. The venue was great, cool and sunny with an excellent view of the bay and the city. Much like every cup though, if you were at any booth within 50ft of Cali Connection, their speakers that were blaring music at a skull rattling decibel made any attempt to talk or ask questions nearly impossible

I was going to buy a pack of Lary Og and Tahoe Buddha but didn't because of the screaming speakers. It was truly painful to be in front of the Cali Connection booth.

Yeah. That was really obnoxious. Also I'm getting tired of all these weed psudocelebrities who aren't particularly talented at what they do, they are just good at marketing and jumping in front of cameras so everyone looks up to them. They all have these massive egos yet they all seem to be very average at what they do. There are exceptions to that of course (Nikka T was really cool), but it's true in most cases. The real people who keep the industry going are all nameless people who stay away from the cameras and put in work.
I did make an amazing discovery though. Health stone glass. New way to smoke concentrates that I think will replace dome and nail setups.
They looked dumb and over priced, but I had to see for myself so I bought one of their pipes. Holy shit does it hit hard. Easily just as hard as a dab, maybe harder.
It takes all the worst parts out of dabbing. No need for an annoying dome and nail. No need to scoop out concentrates on to a little dabber that can easily fall off and lose your hit before it even gets to the nail. Best of all no more crazy crackhead looking blow torch. You just put a little dab on the stone. Then it melts into the stone. Once the stone gets hot enough you get a massive hit all at once like a dab. No need to clean the stone. Just light it again and take another hit or two and it's clean.
It takes all the funky crackhead looking stuff out of the equation and you're back to just smoking a bowl. This is a must have for anyone who likes concentrates.

I had no idea they existed until this weekend now I consider them irreplaceable. Crazy how that works. And the best way to hit them is with a torch lighter, not the full sized blow torch. Vector makes really good ones. Just picked one up.

I am actually pretty leery about meeting people. I would consider meeting a few people from here in a neutral location to get to know each other and medicate together, and verify each others recs. Only then, once I am satisfied that none of us are leos would I consider trading anything, and not if it violates ANY of our California MMJ laws.
I am thinking about going to the Kush Expo next month. That would be a good place for a bunch of us to meet up, even if it's only in the parking lot.
