Same Salvia?

okay, this may be just a dumb-ass question but, my last trip to the garden center, i came across a bag of seed titled "SALVIA". there are no other names or scientific names on the bag so im not quite sure. the picture on teh front is of a tall red flower... is this the same plant/strain of the hallucinatory salvia? it seems like a long shot and very unreasonable that id find something like that at a local gardening store..

The one your looking for is Salvia divinorum, the "Salvia" you more than likely ran into is Salvia officinalis (which is your everyday sage). So I hear Salvia divinorum seeds aren't all that commonly viable, and your best bet is to buy a cutting (which are abundant on the web).
