Safely dealing?

By the end of this summer's harvest I will have close to 5 pounds of weed. I am going to personally use most of this cannabis, but I wanted to sell some in bulk, in preparation for next years grow and my expenses for this year. Does anyone have any tips to safely sell? I may have a few friends interested, should I invite them to my home?
 
You are asking to be jacked by either friends, enemies or the feds.

How bout you post your offer & contact info on craigslist. Sure you will be getting hits all day long.

Honestly, if you have to ask you shouldn't be doing it. There is nothing safe about dealing, even amongst friends. I've seen two brothers fall out over an 1/8 ounce, others arrested, ratted on, beaten up and still more robbed over the years. Remember always, most people suck.
 
Never safe to allow anyone know you grow.. Unless you are legal, they do not know where you live, & you do not sell drugs illegally.. then you can rub it in the haters face all you want & tell'em to pack sand.
 
Do not let anyone know of the grow! Just quietly ask some friends if they may have
an interest in some bud. When where does it come from comes up
tell them you met up with and old acquaintance.
 
yea lets invite lots of people over to where I grow and have huge quantities and on top of that lets post this on the web.

Rule #1, never show your grow to anyone outside of your immediate inner circle of trust.
 
Pardon me for being forward, but announcing to the world that you will soon have elbows for sale is not very wise.

I suggest you skip it.

I guess a more correct title would have been proper "etiquette" when deal or something along these lines.
 
Tell them you know a guy who sells and you can hook them up. I always say I know a guy. I never let them know I'm the source. Pretend to be a middle man.
 
Agree with 93stoner pretend to be middle man take it to them or if trusted to your house. Just keep it business. N never trust anyone always say you have to go pick it up n never tell them u have more there. Always worked for me I just try to never break more than one law at a time lol
 
And don't buy anything outside your price range, people will start asking questions when you're driving a new BMW 5 series or a Chevvy Camarro and you "officially" work in a grocery store. This is one of the most important rules, violating it violates rule no 1 to a certain extent.

Agreed. This right here was a rule i established for myself and has always worked for me well....Never break more than one law at once lol.
 
Rule number 1 on this, do NOT shit in your own backyard as a grower. It only takes one informant to blow your entire operation, and ruin your life.

Find clients as far away from home as possible, ones that don't previously know you...and ones that don't know you grow.

Or find a middleman you trust, and stay away completely from selling to more than that one person. If I did it that's how Id do it.

Same here, too bad growers from non-legal states cannot legally sell to dispensaries in legal states...or so I'm told.
