if you've only just turned them to 12/12 be careful cause they normally gain quite a bit of height really quickly at the begining of budding ?

When you switch to 12/12 at the begining they really start to grow for the first few weeks sometimes nearly doubling in size [heightwise and thickness ] so take that into account when deciding how big to let them veg before turning hours down!

I dont have any pics that early, but these first pictures are at 5 weeks,
the second lot were taken this morning at 7 1/2 weeks, note the pics with spiked1 RUI 28/3/2009, I'll be harvesting at around 11 weeks, they have a bit more budding to do yet.
They are African sativas, my own cross between Durban Poison and Pure Power Plant.
My times are based on the day I switched my lights to 12/12, not from when the first flowers appeared.
Post your pics at 5 weeks babyhomer.
those TRULY are BEAUTIFUL.

I imagine that was quite hard for homegrownbaby, so good on you mate for backing up a little.
BTW, it was your attitude and language that started it all, you'e in for a really shit life if you act like this at home too.
Lighten up man and exercise the grey matter.:weed:

Fourm Troll. Ha, Thats funny.
I always thought you could boot someone if you wanted to. I guess not.
It should be an option for the person who starts the post. Hell its your thread right?

Oh Well, Back to the subject. You wanted ideas on keeping them short,
Check out this pic I took today of my current grows canopy.

This is an example of super cropping into a screen.
I pinch and bend them couple weeks before flower and then under the screen.
In this setup I can grow five oz dried and cured in a space that's 30" tall 3 feet wide and 18" deep.
Or about 1/2 square meter. I harvest every two months. Fine for personal.

If your growing Widow horizontally you really need to pinch and bend the stalks early.
With a sativa I find it bends eaiser so you dont need to pinch it but takes longer to flower.
These girls are in week four of an 8 week flower. They are just now starting to pack on the weight.
I think they will get about twice the size as the grow in my sig picture below.

Thanks people, I found several ways it doesn't work before this. But to answer your question no those are not misters. Those are individually controlled outlets I got at OSH in the sprinkler dept. They are threaded so I drilled a small hole in the pvc and screwed them in. I can attach a drippier to them or just run a stream. Usually I just barely open the center one so it drips right on the rock wool cube and stream both the outside to the center of the hydroton right next to the cube.

I find by watering this way for 20 min twice a day the roots follow the water down and dont tangle together. This way I can plant closer together. When I pull them out the roots shape like a pyramid. That way if I have to pull one out there is no problem.
