I noticed from looking at your picture that theroots only grew from the part of the stem where it was cut. From the bottom only.
Next time you get some clones you need to root, first cut a 45 degree angle to create more surface area for roots to grow. Then, take a razor or sharp knife to scrape off the hard green outer "skin" so that the lighter inner skin is showing. Scrape about a half inch or so.
Finally, make a 1/4inch vertical cut in the bottom of the stem to split it. Then dip into your cloning solution and place in the aerocloner. The increased delicate surface area will grow roots from it.
If your uncomfortable with that, or I didn't explain myself well enough for you to understand what I was trying to say, you can get good results from cutting notches into the stem instead.
Take a razor or sharp knife and cut out tiny notches in the bottom inch of the stem. The cuts only have to be little, about a millimeter or less. Do this before you dip into the cloning solution.
Good luck.
