Terrible news! Roy Halladay, former pitcher of the Toronto Blue Jays and Philadelphia Phillies has died in a plane crash... Only 40 years old. Such a shame

Dam that sucks . He was a local high school legend at Arvada west. I remember when Boston was trying to get him and he said fuck Boston. RIP

He just bought that plane too.

It was in his Phillies contract that he wasn't allowed to fly when he was still playing. His wife didn't like the flying either.

I used to go up with a friend who had a license in my 20's. I have declined numerous offers since then. I like it on the ground these days.

My favorite player of all time died in a plane wreck 12/31/72. I still feel sick about it every new year's eve.

Yup sad news indeed. They kept showing a video,on my local news, of his crashed plane in the water...and it really looked like you could see his body floating amongst the wreckage...it was fucked up to say the least.
