Rhino extractor fan loss of power?

I bought a rhino 4" extractor fan and filter, which was brand new on the 21st of February 2017, so only 4 months old.

It completely shut off today.
So I unplugged it and waited a short time and put the plug back in the socket, the fan didn't turn on. I changed the fuse and it started spinning but with no force of air.
I changed back to the original fuse and it started spinning but with no force of air again.

The housing of the extractor fan was a little warm but not "hot".

It says on the instructions max temp 50°c.
My room temp has maxed at 33°c during the hotter days but usually it's always between 23°c and 28°c.

I've contacted the company I bought it from but it's Saturday. I won't get a response until Monday. Probably won't get a replacement until Wednesday.

Do any of you have experience with this issue and know a fix? Any advice?

You all know the struggle when shit hits the fan. Literally

Given the information given, I advise checking the supply voltage, if all is normal there, it sounds like a fan fault, maybe a winding burnt out or component malfunction--only four months old--you will get a replacement free under consumer law.
