Review: G13 Labs "Cinderella 99"

Grown in DWC, with a SCROG setup. Not very tall plant, easy to grow,
great for indoors. Took 3 months for most trichomes to get milky looking.
By that time the weight of the buds were bending over the stems.

Trimmed all the buds and dried on a screen for 3 days. Put in Cvault
with Boveda/Humidipak to cure.

Sampled after 3 days cure in Da Buddha vaporizer. Most potent weed
I have ever vaped. Even vaping I was coughing. Almost like a coffee
buzz...slight mania and very euphoric. Super creative and introspective,
and at the same time very social, my gf said I was "talking crazy". If you
like a super strong sativa definitely pick G13 Labs "Cinderella 99".

One of the first to post a good review of the g13 version. I as well had great luck and was surprised to find so many people didn't like theirs. She was a beauty to watch grow and to smoke.

How does it compare to true C99 is my main question? The pheno I have growing right now looks and smells like it is going to be good, but it is nothing like any C99 I have had in the past.

Ok, to narrow it down some.. did it have a tropical fruit, pineapple, grapefruit, baby poo or any of the above type smells?
Mine doesn't, if you have ever tried Black Pearl or read any descrips, mine is really similar to it.. Paint thinner with a hint of citrus.

There are incense phenotypes in the original C99. IDK, but G13 doesn't usually put out what they claim. I guess if it's good, it's good though.

G13 Labs freebie i grew out had a pineapple grapefruit taste mixed together. High was uplifting with decent potency but bag apeal was mediocre. Wish i would have cloned it because i ended up liking her high and many people have also told me they liked her too. With that said its not like the JoeyWeed C99 or any other cindy genetics ive ran. I want to grab a pack of female seeds version now since its talked of so highly.

The female seeds version was excelent... Kinda the only reason I havnt popped this G13 freebie. female seeds c99 set the bar high and im afraid I will be disapointed.

I had some Bros Grimm c99 seeds..finished them off last year...was great ..tall ..bushy and loaded in buds...smelled like pineapples...fast finisher also...this year i tried the Female seeds C99...and can say its so very close to the Grimms same smell...size...bud sites..but the leaves were a bit more sativa looking...it grows crazy...its in a green house and its close to 9 feet tall and 5 wide ..bud sites are incrediable...Grimms started flowering lat3 August ...Female seeds started late on the first week of sept...

Mine had a tropical citrusy smell and the taste was real unique no poo poo smell though which im really glad.

I can't say if the G13 labs version is anything like Bros Grimm original as that I have never had it. But I am very pleased with G13 labs weed regardless.

Randy.....the female seeds starin is the closest one i have tried to Grimm's...he claims its from Grimm stock...like I said its a crazy grower...smells insane like grapefruit and some fuel...buds like crazy..and fast to finish...you can actually see daily progress on growth....

Sorry to bump a somewhat oldish thread, just wanted to say .. I still have my freebie G13 Labs C99 pheno, and it's been absolutely amazing! Very "funky fruit" smelling, leaning closer to a "lemony / citrus / pineapple funk"

It's the most dense and gnarled structured strain I've ran so far. I can't wait to see how it comes out this 3rd run. First run, I flipped the plants WAY too early and finished with horrible yield. But, the product was second to none! Totally blown away. I have two more (also smaller) that are finishing this week. I can get pics and update the thread if there's interest. But yeah, this third time running this pheno, I have some super healthy plants ready for their 18 gal DWC totes! I'm going back Hydro, and don't know why I ever left.

Anyways.. just wanted to update. 10/10 for me, and I'm generally picky.

i got 1 freebie of these i plan on running outdoors this year

I am doing a G13 - Pineapple Express right now and have some C99 from female seeds vegging. I am more than happy with the PINEX and if I had more room I would keep her around.
