Reveg vs starting from seed

deja vu, doing exactly the same thing just mentioned, LSTing the revegged branches
1st time trying it this way, so far so good, but a ways to go

Yeah me too. Some of the plants have 4 or 5 tops going and they aren't quite ready to seperate yet. But, from the looks so far of these ladies they are going to smoke my last yield even though I vegged for over 7 weeks last time. I've got 3 weeks left and I am going to stick with 24/7 lights. They can sleep when I flower. How is your nute schedule? I'm going to start hitting them with the whole GO line next watering along with a wc and guano tea.

my current reveg was kind of rough, it lingered in a miserable state for a long time
finally, figured out that its root system wasn't happy, popped it, root pruned, and gave it fresh soil so it won't need any more nuting for a while

I was hesitant to chop the rootball but, took some advice I read on this site and went for it.It payed off so far. My soil has lot's of goodies in it but.last grow I underfed the shit out of them and I am not going to make that same mistake again. My best girl is already starting to lighten up needing nutes. Have been feeding very little thus far due to my hot soil. It's got everything and the kitchen sink. Been cooking for over 3 months. Yet, They are still hungry. A few folks on here told me purple kush were nute whores but, I had no idea!

good adjustment on the feeding, that's getting dialed in to the strain/pheno
same deal myself(getting a little close for comfort here), the pheno(california orange) was heavier feeder than others i've run so hottened up the soil too

Last grow was my first indoor run. Thanks to the folks on here it turned out to be double what I had originally planned. Learned alot and hope to do even better now that I know the strain. Read your plants is number 1 for me now. Not read google. Not that it's a bad thing Google. Lot's of good info. Nothing like hands on!

after reading this thread im definatly gonno reveg on of the girls i really wanna keep around.

any idea about what way the clones i plan on taking will turn out ?

I would imagine they would be fine. I already have some growth that I could grab a few clones off but, want to wait till they are a little bushier then take some.

Well, just a quick update. The plants are 32 days in since reveg. I did some lst a few days back along with a wc/ guano tea that I bubbled for 2 days. As you can see there is no comparison to starting from seed vs reveg. I don't think even clones grown in soil will have this much growth under a 600 watt mh. I could be wrong though. Going to veg for 2-3 more weeks then grab some clones. Planning on feeding full strength nutes in a few more days. I say reveg rocks! I am running 24/7 lights throughout veg it worked great last grow. Dozer

looks like you have got a good method goin on there im defo trying this end of my grow :)

Yeah, I had no idea they were going to look like this in a month. Especially with hardly no nutes or water. Can't wait to see them in a couple more weeks. Though, I am ditching 2 due to the fact I gave them too much water.

Just want to clarify somethng. My start from seed plants had already broken ground when I started my reveg. They were done germing.

Yee mate they look gr8 for a month. Is it literally cut all the bud and leafs off the main stalks and then just put into 24 hour lighting again?

Leave lower popcorn buds and leaves. That's where new growth starts. And yes 24/7 lights.

get them babies into even bigger pots and they'll really take off again. happy 4-20. :peace:

I just finished setting up my second grow room.It might not be a bad idea to put a couple in larger pots. A couple are really taking off compared to the rest. And I just ditched 2 due to overwatering so i'll have a little more room.
