Renewals, 2014 cutoff rumors. any input?

My production license is going to be running out in march of 2013, I've been hearing from some that if you try to renew in 2013, it would get denied because it would extend your license into the 2014 year(rumored cut off time). Going through the hoops right now of trying to find a doctor that will renew a card signed by kammerman as he apparently got into some legal issues.

If any of you have in information regarding any of this it would be super helpful in the upcoming months.

2014 will bring changes but it is unknown at this time how renewals will be handled then. if you have a "real" medical issue that requires an MMAR than there should be no problem with another doctor or service.

As soon as I am denied a renewal by health canada I am filing suit with human rights. I cannot afford to pay their prices as I am on disability.

I have read how Health Canada in 2008 or maybe it was 2009 said that their goal was to make everyone have to purchase Health canada's weed from pharmacies throughout Canada but who would buy their crap? They wanted to stop people from growing their own weed and also from designated growers but how could they possibly produce for the demand that's there? It's all up in the air unfortunately. Today I wrote to the interm Liberal leader Bob Rae to ask for his help to find out what exactly is going to happen with access to medical weed. Not knowing is very scary I'm sure to a lot of people including myself. If he writes back I will post what I learn from him.

I just went to the Health Canada web site and looked it up. If anyone out there has any money handy, you might want to consider saving it for a lawsuit against Health Canada.

I would suggest every single person with a medical marijuana permit and every single person who has a designated grower permit go to the following page, take 30 minutes and read what Health canada has in store for all of us. I see massive red flags but I'll leave the viewer to come to their own conclusions.

A Human rights tribunal against health Canada costs nothing and a lawyer is not required. If everyone with a production license filed suit this would get Health Canadas attention.

I suspect some organizations (gov't official relatives, business partners, private businesses owned by gov't officials, maybe even pharmaceutical companies) who have the inside information will already have taken the steps to corner the market on production. And when the new 'regulations' are revealed, the costs and time frame requirements will put most, if not all the growers out of business, leaving the patients at the mercy of whatever entity controls the production.

It's a shame, because if all the growers have as much $ invested in overhead as we do.........it will bankrupt some

its already a big problem for people to find doctors to sign, the last thing they need to do is stop letting people grow their PERSONAL meds. they claim the number of grow houses is going up, but lets face it if people want to smoke they are guna have what they need in place regardless of legality. furthermore, i believe that a 50$ personal production liscence would be a suitable fee for those wanting to still grow their own which would be given like a drivers liscence, after a general eletric/wiring safety test. the entire legality of marijuana is extremely contreversial to me, we cant grow enough to hurt ourselves so, in my opinion, it should be completely legalized so it can be devalued which would also stop the violence over this flower. look at india, usage is way low even with plants growing all over the roads and ditches. i think we need a massive movement because our government is trying to push more and more control over us with the C10 bill and trying to comercialize weed. its wrong, people shouldnt have to worry about the cost for something spiritual/healing.
