"The Nasal Ranger helps users measure the intensity of smells. It’s gaining popularity in places where marijuana is legal." https://www.mercurynews.com/2018/09...ies-businesses-and-neighbors-can-do-about-it/ Allow me to whine about the injustice of the fact that anyone is raising a stink about cannabis "odors" in a state that grows as much cabbage, kale and garlic as California. I just spent several years in Salinas, which is just down the highway from Gilroy (Garlic Capitol of the Universe), and at certain times of year, those crops throw off a powerful stench. I'm just talking about the smell of growing plants. Odors from making concentrates are a different ball game; I guess I can't blame anyone for not wanting a concentrate lab to open next door. But I think I'd rather live smack dab in the middle of a 1,000-acre marijuana plantation than a mile downwind from a hog farm or cattle feedlot.
