yes and no
if you have access to some basic lab equipment you can always use tissue culture to clone an auto, short of that you could try and clone a branch (ive heard on occasion the cutting will start over the life cycle if you cut at the right time.)

but if you mean by increasing the light cycle NO otherwise the plant would be photosensitive and not really be an autoflower at all (semi-auto) and those do exist but again its not a true autoflower
